Transport from the airport to the hotels
We will organise transport from the airport to the hotels. Please, look for people with HELAS logo upon arrival.
Our bus will depart approximately at:

Transport from the city centre to the venue
There will be two buses:
- The first one will take participants from HP Park Plaza Hotel and Tumski Hotel to the venue.
The route: HP Park Plaza Hotel → Tumski Hotel (5 minutes later) → venue
- The other one will take participants from Purkyniego street to the venue (click on the map to enlarge).
Those of you who will live in other hotels nearby (Patio, Qubus, Mercure) are requested to come to one of the places indicated above
where the buses will stop.
